Perry's Ocean Edge Resort
Perry's Ocean Edge Resort is a longtime favorite of Daytona Beach vacationers. Each morning, Perry's serves their famous homemade donuts, fresh made coffee and juice. The 10,000 sq ft indoor tropical garden holds the oversized heated pool and 20- seat spa. Outside, overlooking the beach are emerald green lawns and two large swimming pools. Five minutes south of Daytona you'll find Lloyd Clifton's Pelican Bay South. Fairways here are well defined -- some tight, others open and rolling with canals and lakes bordering 14 holes. This Lloyd Clifton-designed course is located just off I-95 in Ormond Beach, 15 minutes north of Daytona. It features tight, rolling, tree-lined fairways with virtually no water. Most holes require careful club selection. The atmosphere is natural, peaceful, and serene since no residential development has taken place along its fairways. Always in great shape and definitely a worthwhile value at these low surcharges. Bill Amick designed this semi-private course, which is nestled among towering pines, century-old oaks, and natural vegetation.
