Since it opened in December 2002, this beautiful Gordon Lewis design has been receiving accolades. The great par-three seventh was featured on NBC-2's "Dream 18" TV program featuring the best 18 holes in Southwest Florida. Best of all, the rest of the holes are just as good! Located along the shores of the Caloosahatchee River, the popular club is located just minutes from the Sanibel Island causeway in Ft. Myers. It's the perfect choice for any visiting golfer with great greens and excellent customer service.

Nice course but not for hackers from up north. Bring lots of balls. Slow play. We only played 10 holes of our afternoon replay because of the backup.

The facility was fair - - a little scruffy but We would play it again because my husband got his first hole in one ever on the 9th hole - you have to go back to that - right? The course is a dry course so we couldn't buy drinks for all but the staff did take the info and my husband's name will be on a plague in the pro shop -

Greens were way too slow. Enjoyed the layout, but in comparison to the other courses we played, we would opt for the others simply based on the slow speed of these greens. The main attraction here is it's convenience in location to our lodging.

For a public course, this was great. Although it wasn't the nicest facility, the service and attitude of the staff was exceptional. The replay rate couldn't be beat - Free!! This was a good starter course for our vacation and would highly recommend it.

Don't let the length of this course fool you, beware of hidden water. Course is flat but it has some diffcult holes. No shade, so you will bake out there! Would play again with no problem.

The staff was very accomodating and the course is beautiful. The layout is very challenging. Our hotel was very conveniently located just off the grounds. Best of all we were rewarded with a free replay at the end of each round, forcing us to play 36 holes a day. Not only would we play this course again we are considering retiring in close proximity to it.

WE OBVIOUSLY HAD DIFFICULTIES FOR A 10 AND 14 HANDICAP. TOUGHEST COURSE WE PLAYED BECAUSE OF ABUNDANT WATER ACROSS FAIRWAYS. WE LEFT 2 DOZEN BALLS OUT THERE FOR THE FOURSOME AND MOST WERE WELL HIT SHOTS.
