The newest Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course in North Florida opened in February 2006. The private gated golf community boasts a layout that stretches over 7,100 yards from the back tees and features wide rolling fairways, dramatic bunkering, pristine wetlands and lakes, and undulating greens. The course offers five sets of tees and will challenge while maintaining playability for almost every level of golfer. The course maintains a low country feel with its many pines, oaks, magnolias, and sweet bays. The additional red buds, dogwoods, ligustrums, and azaleas offer that distinct southern flavor. The course routes around and through the 265 acres of pristine wetland habitat found on the property. Golfers have long enjoyed playing Bent Creek, The City of Jacksonville's public golf course. Since 1989, the 6606-yard layout has provided a fun and challenging golf experience for residents of Northeast Florida and visitors alike. Crafted by renowned architect Bobby Weed with consulting services by Mark McCumber, Bent Creek's meandering terrain takes golfers through a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary with Bermuda greens and fairways. Managed by Billy Casper Golf, the club also boasts a state-of-the-art lighted practice tee.

The David Postlethwait design features rolling fairways, contoured greens, and five sets of elevated tees. The Golf Club at South Hampton is another great Mark McCumber design found in the Jacksonville area. The course features 16 large lakes and over sixty contoured bunkers surrounded by acres of tall pines and native oaks. The designer's intent is to present every golfer the appropriate risk, offering encouragement to the novice while still challenging the experienced player. All players will have to watch out for the 571-yard 17th, a brutal five par that is definitely one of the toughest holes in the area.

Gary Player Design renovated this course in 2005 to maintain Mr. Player's original concept of favoring strategy, club selection, and shot placement, and took great steps to incorporate new features that will reward rather than penalize players for the average shot. Every club in your bag is needed at The Grand Club's Pine Course, the longest of the four original courses at Palm Coast. Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay created a shotmaking challenge with tree-lined rolling fairways and well-trapped greens. In addition, there's water on 10 holes to add to the difficulty. Take your group back to the tips and the challenge will be all they can handle. The club, now managed by the Hampton Golf Group, underwent major renovations in 2006 and is always kept in premium condition.
