Magnolia Plantation Golf Club

Magnolia Plantation Golf Club ~ 7.11 miles (Not Driving Distance)

This almost 7200-yard David Harman creation opened in 2000 with a slight redesign in 2005 by Tommy Fazio (Tom's nephew) . The visually stunning layout features 18 distinctly different holes, all carved out of the Wekiva River Basin. Surrounded by a variety of hardwood trees and native vegetation, the fairways are gently rolling and weave through an upscale real estate development, where water can be found on 15 holes. The par 3's and 4's are extremely challenging while the par 5's give the player an opportunity for that illusive birdie and seldom-achieved eagle. Located in Lake Mary, just an e... more info.

Timacuan Golf Club

Timacuan Golf Club ~ 7.89 miles (Not Driving Distance)

A must-play while in Central Florida, Timacuan is a stunning 6,900-yard championship course located in Lake Mary, 15 minutes north of downtown Orlando. Designed originally by Ron Garl in 1987 and totally renovated with a new look and feel by Bobby Weed in 1996, the course features two very distinct nines. The front nine resembles a Scottish links layout with rolling fairways (some dramatic) bordered by sandy waste areas and deep pot bunkers; water on just 3 holes. The back has the feel of the finest Carolina pineland courses with abundant wildlife and water almost everywhere in sight. Add ou... more info.

Forest Lake Golf Club

Forest Lake Golf Club ~ 10.67 miles (Not Driving Distance)

Designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton Golf Design Group, this exciting layout is a favorite amongst local area players and was recently given 3 1/2 stars in Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play." The course offers a beautiful scenic atmosphere including rolling fairways, elevated tees, water on six holes, and no homes. It features a variety of trees, wildlife, and natural lakes as well as lush, green turf. The club's consistent focus on course conditioning has paid off as it's always in fantastic playing condition. Located just off the newly constructed SR429, Forest Lake is locate... more info.

Orange Co. National - Crooked Cat

Orange Co. National - Crooked Cat ~ 21.44 miles (Not Driving Distance)

Crooked Cat is a phenomenal complement to its more highly acclaimed sister course, Panther Lake. Both courses played host to the 2003 and 2005 PGA TOUR Qualifying School Finals and have been awarded 4.5 stars by Golf Digest's "Places to Play" every year since 1999. That's no easy accomplishment as there are only 52 courses in Florida with an equal rating, and no course in the state earned five stars. With an entourage now of newly planted trees, wide terraced fairways, and native redtop heather grass in the rough, this 7493-yard course is meticulously groomed and features a distinct Sc... more info.

Victoria Hills Golf Club

Victoria Hills Golf Club ~ 21.9 miles (Not Driving Distance)

Open since December 2001, Victoria Hills preserves the natural flow of the environment in a unique Florida golf setting. The Ron Garl design features many characteristics reminiscent of the Pine Barrens course at World Woods including sandy waste bunkers; generous fairways framed by mature oak and pine hammocks; the sandy shores of pristine lakes (water on just 4 holes); and elevated tough-to-hit greens. Also featured is their new Carolina-style Victorian clubhouse and tavern for those who wish to experience a little "apres-tee!" Guaranteed to provide a rewarding golf experience for players o... more info.

Mission Inn Golf Resort - El Campeon

Mission Inn Golf Resort - El Campeon ~ 26.47 miles (Not Driving Distance)

Built in 1926, Mission Inn's El Campeon, "The Champion," is one of the south's oldest and most historical, prestigious golf courses. Architect Captain Charles Clarke of Troon, Scotland, blended unusual elevation changes of more than 85 feet with features of traditional golf design. Rolling fairways (some dramatic), undulating greens and well-placed berms, bunkers and sandy waste areas, as well as water on 11 holes, all only begin to characterize the aura of El Campeon. Just rated 4 stars by Golf Digest's "Best Places To Play, 2008/2009," a highly awarded distinction amongst pier Central... more info.
