Billed as "Florida's Mountain Course," Sanctuary Ridge is located in Clermont and noted as one of Orlando's most unique courses. This thrilling Terry LaGree design is built on the state's second highest location and features dramatic elevation changes of up to 150 feet, with no parallel fairways... sometimes, it's all uphill - sometimes it's all downhill! You'll enjoy memorable, panoramic views on every hole. Featured are elevated tees, escalating fairways and large, multi-level greens, lots of bunkers - virtually no water coming into play. Easily accessible from all of Orlando's major network of roads, this club is a great choice from any hotel in greater Central Florida... average travel time is approx. 30-35 mins. Rated 3.5 stars by Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play," this track should not be missed. Great value!

A "mountain" course by Florida standards but similar in nature to many northeastern US courses (although in better shape than most). Some challenging holes and elevation changes with tricky but makeable greens. A good experience and I would play it again but can't say that it was necessarily my favorite.

We were scheduled to play on Thursday, 36 holes, and the weather was terrible. We called the course to see if we could switch to Friday, so we could go to the PGA show during the rain, and play golf when it was dry. They took care of it perfectly. Even though it was cold on Friday morning, it was worth it. I give them bonus points for the switch. We will be back to this course again!!!!!

one of the most interesting and beautful golf courses we have played in florida. with the hills, we thought we were playing in pennselvania or vermont. we asked and were paired with another couple you had great course knowledge. very enjoyable, would definatly play again
