Lexington Oaks Golf Club is one of Tampa Bay area's newest courses, carved from a landscape that was centuries in the making. Over rolling hills and through narrow fairways, golfers will enjoy the challenge created by the setting's diverse topography. Forests of towering live oaks and bald cypress domes, distinctive to the South, provide a shady backdrop for this exciting layout. I chose to play the tees which totaled 6,000 yards, which I considered a reasonable challenge for my ability. However, at least a third of the holes may be more had 170-180 yard carry off the tee which pressed my ability. My fault for not playing shorter tees, if I ever play here again, but they would have been too easy.

Iwould only recommend this course to low handicap players. If you want a fun course this isnt it.
