Extremely well groomed. Great layout and playing conditions. They should have buried the elephants somewhere other than under the greens. I saw more humpbacks there than on a cruise to Alaska. Extremely difficult greens for us 10 to 20 handicappers. Although I shot my best scores there, I may have been the exception in our group. A second play there would make the experience a bit better.
