In general, our foursome feels this is the most unique of the Disney courses. That's why we were disappointed that a construction site has "replaced" the 18th hole -- not a nice view from the restaurant veranda. And the fact that they've kept the first hole from Eagle Pines, and then a lengthy, bumpy ride on a makeshift crush and run path to the new 2nd hole/ old 1st hole made for a jarring start. Before, when Eagle Pines and Osprey Ridge played out of the Bonnet Creek clubhouse, the place was alive -- not so now. Couple that with a 5 hour round -- we were lucky that the pro shop was able to get us off an hour earlier -- we might not have made our getaway flight...

Nice track. Beautiful surroundings. Hole #1 is a temporary while #18 is completed. Hole #18 is a 200+ par 3 with a 190-yd. carry over water. Tough way to finish.

not as nice as we remember it - maybe has to do with the ongoing changes and construction still beautiful and quiet nature setting though might try another Disney course next time

The starter was exceptionally friendly young man and promptly arranged for more ice to be delivered to us before our start time as they just ran out. My favourite Disney Course is Osprey Ridge.

I thought the course was OK. The greens were pretty bumpy and grainy. Bunkers could use some more sand. Overall nice, but not great.

When we arrived at the course, Service was excellent. However, the starter came to pick us up early for our teetime and paired us with a couple of gentlemen who had not played golf in some time. My son is a 4 handicapper and I am a 12 handicapper. Once we commence play it was apparent that the forced four some was not going to work very well, as the 2 other players were quite "Rusty" and not keeping pace after 3 holes, we were 22 min. behind pace and both my son and my game were becoming quite frustrated. We're forced to allow it to some the play through, and advise by the Marshall that the threesome behind him were connected after the 4th hole, we allowed that threesome through as well. However, when we came up on the 5th hole the Marshall at that point recognized the problem and given that there had developed a gap between us and the threesome at of us allowed us to split up. At that point our foursome was almost 30 min. behind pace. My son and I playing as a twosome were then able to play the game at our pace, improve our score, and finished our round at 5 min. under. I give full credit to the Marshall for allowing us to enjoy an excellent round after what was fast becoming a very frustrating experience. Additionally, the Marshall handled the issue in a very diplomatic and sensitive way. I believe his name was Arthur and I tip my hat to him in the way he handled the situation.

This is one of my favorite courses to play. This place has lost its Disney magic as far as the staff goes. The cart guys were the best of this bunch. I heard the course got bought out by a hotel chain. Hope we'll still be able to play it.
