When you reserve or book travel, we provide information about you to the hotel, resort, golf course, car rental agency or other involved party to ensure the fulfillment of your golf vacation. We do not sell individual customer names or other private customer information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. We may provide information to other parties for market research and other studies; however, the information we provide is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project. In no instance will information provided to any other party be disseminated, and all information provided to any other party is destroyed following the completion of the project.
All information collected by us is stored in a physically secure site and is not accessible from the Internet.
Opt-out Policy
At anytime, you can unsubscribe to our email Newsletter and Updates or request we remove your membership information from our database. To unsubscribe, login at our home page, follow the edit account link, uncheck the Newsletter checkbox and submit your changes. As an alternative you may send us an email with the word unsubscribe in the subject field. You may also request we remove your membership information from our database. To do so, please send an email requesting we remove you information. We reserve the right to limit membership to those who will accept emails. Members will be notified via email prior to any actions taken.
